About Senior Estates
Founded by us – Kieran and Emily – we have been investing in property since our early 20s. With Senior Estates, we have now decided to turn our industry knowledge and experience of the UK property market into a full-time business.
We have worked on projects big and small over the years. Having developed various strategies and built relationships with a network of investors, we set the standard and deliver a professional service you can trust.
As members of the NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association) and being ICO registered, we are responsible landlords that pride ourselves on high standards for all tenants. We have a keen eye and are now building out a team that can spot rewarding opportunities.
Having grown up around close family friends who were investors, early exposure to the investment world sparked an interest in property development and building successful portfolios.

Kieran Harris
Kieran started out his working life in construction, often working alongside investors. Using the skills he learned he has turned his hand to his own projects, successfully investing in property across multiple projects. He’s always had a passion for property and now brings that passion to life through Senior Estates. Kieran’s speciality is identifying how to maximise the potential of any project.
Emily Harris
Emily has successfully been investing in property for over 10 years, she really comes into her own when identifying a good deal with lots of potential. Emily is also a dab hand when it comes to the interior design and furnishing of projects, maximising the potential of any space.
